The family of the late James Bond actor, Roger Moore, have teamed up with fifty celebrities for the release of the single “U.N.I. (You & I)” – which honours both the memory of the actor and raises funds for the charity UNICEF.

“U.N.I. (You & I)” is co-written and sung by Roger’s son, Geoffrey, and produced by his granddaughter, Ambra, alongside Chic frontman Nile Rodgers, Glee actress Naya Rivera and dancer Julianne Hough.

The song is a catchy uptempo anthem, which is lyrically about the power of friendship and togetherness.

“Making this single was a hugely enjoyable experience and it’s brought together many of my dad’s closest friends and our family,” Geoffrey said. “Now we want to use it to raise money for a good cause.

“My dad was a huge supporter of UNICEF and the wonderful work they do for children around the world and I’m proud of the legacy he has left us.”

Fifty celebrities can be seen lipsynching to the track in the song’s official music video, in what has been hailed the biggest lipsynching collaboration ever made. This includes Joanna Lumley, David Walliams, Graham Norton, Piers Morgan, Paris Hilton and many more.

A teaser of the video has been released, and as well as the large array of celebrities, it also showcases the final footage of Roger prior to his death. We can’t wait to see the full thing!

“U.N.I. (You & I)” is available to purchase and listen to here, and will also be available to download on iTunes and stream on Spotify. For each song purchased, U.N.I. will make a 30p donation to UNICEF.
