Olivia B. Flowers is getting a workout in, in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the Southern Charm beauty shows off her amazing body in a sports bra and leggings during an outdoor sweat session. "Trifecta Athletics got me working out like a college girl before spring break," she captioned the Instagram Story of herself doing a situp. How does the reality star approach diet and fitness? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Olivia relies on traditional strength training to stay in shape. She told the Greenville News that hiring personal trainer Eric Johnson at Trifecta was a game-changing move for her. "I appreciate a structured plan when it comes to working out. My schedule can be a little all over the place, so I find comfort in having consistency in fitness." she said.

Olivia is a fan of red wine. On a recent trip to wine country she enjoyed the sips and sights. "You had me at merlot… and Napa. Definitely had me at Napa. Beautiful time, wine, food & company," she captioned his photo. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."

Running is another favorite stay-fit activity for Olivia. She loves running on the beach outside of her home in Isle of Palms, South Carolina. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Olivia also told Greenville News that she loves to play tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Olivia is also a golfer. "For those asking for my handicap," she captioned an Instagram Story. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

It's all about balance for Olivia when it comes to her diet. You might find her drinking green juice or indulging in junk food on occasion. "Don't let the green drink fool you…I like long romantic walks down every chip aisle," she captioned this image of her nutrient-dense drink.
