Singer DaniLeigh was arrested in Miami Beach on hit-and-run and DUI charges after she allegedly drunkenly crashed into a moped rider, fracturing his spine, according to police.

The 28-year-old recording artist, who has a daughter with rapper DaBaby, was driving her Mercedes-Benz G550 erratically just after midnight on Tuesday morning, weaving in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed, according to a Miami Beach police report obtained by WPLG.

DaniLeigh, whose legal name is Danielle Leigh Curiel, allegedly struck a moped driver near 11th Street in South Beach — right outside of Miami Beach police headquarters, and continued on without stopping, according to police.

The scooter was dragged for about a block and the moped driver suffered a fractured spine and a lacerated kidney, cops said.

Officers caught up to Curiel around 16th Street and pulled her over after she initially refused to stop.

Police said that her car reeked of alcohol and that her motor skills seemed “sluggish.”

Curiel told officers that she was returning from a Memorial Day party and denied hitting anybody or drinking any alcohol that night.

However, two breathalyzer tests reportedly revealed she had blood alcohol levels of .145% and .148% — nearly twice the legal limit.

Officers also found an empty bottle of tequila in the back of her car.

Curiel was charged with hit-and-run and received two drunk driving citations.

She was no longer listed in county jail records by Tuesday afternoon, WPLG reported.
