Tonbo Tobitake in Naruto

Tonbo took part in the chunin exams written part in which he had to make sure that all shinobis were not cheating. When he caught Komaza cheating 5 times, Komaza protested that he couldn't keep up with all the students at once and to see how many times they cheated. Hearing this Tonbo knocked him to a wall and told him that only the most elite were allowed to take on this task so that they don't miss out on anything.

Tonbo along with Shimon Hijiri and Mawashi Dokuraku aided Inoichi Yamanaka's Psycho mind transfer of Yudachi. He complimented the speed at which Inoichi could read the memories. When Pain attacked the village he helped distract the Animal path to give Inoichi a chance to analyze whatever he's learned.
